Your mag is not a bit low, but far too low. Am not an expert, IMHE had this situation at range of 1100 to 1200 and my PE is little and color more to brown. Situation change when I managed to boost mag up to 1350- 1400 with addition of little potasium chloride. Other parameters are the same.

Pardon me, I mean mag chloride boost my mag level. The potassium chloride enrich the blue, and purple as well
Of course the consideration of lighting and stable parameter come into play.
