To all wrasse lovers out there at Reef Central my wrasses need your help!
I've had my 220 (currently) FOWLR tank for 10 months now. I've added several wrasses to the tank recently: Pylei, Exquisite, Mystery, and Solarensis. My Pylei started swimming strangely around 7 days ago, where he looked like he would swim with his head up, tail-end down for several days and currently the poor thing is laying on his back or side on the bottom of the tank. Interesting things to note is that beside him swimming that way or laying down, he shows no change in coloration, his eyes are very alert, and he is interested in feeding. Today, I see my Exquisite starting to do the same. I've searched RC and noted many wrasses with this affliction but NO ONE has been able to suggest any treatment. I noted one member recommending a fresh water dip, another mentioned Maracyn-Two but the the thread ended. Someone out there must have some experience with this.
I've attached a picture after I moved him into my coral tank.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank YOU!

Greetings to all at Reef Central...
Sad to say, the Pylei died. I tried the freshwater dip for 30 minutes: temp and pH matched. My Exquisite wrasse is in Maracyn-Two now in a cycled hospital tank.
I feel really sad.
I don't know why but I've had NO LUCK with any wrasses with this particular tank. I've lost more than 10 in the past 10 months while trying to stock it. My husband told me that wrasses are forever off my list. I guess I should listen.
If anyone of you have had experience with something like this, please share.
Thanks for reading. :sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1:

No experience with wrasses at all, but I wonder if its possibly your source? Perhaps try getting them from somewhere else, whether it be another LFS or a different online source. Also, did you quarantine them at all before you got them? I'm wondering if the Exquisite may have caught it from the Pylei, perhaps? I know that doesn't help you and you probably already thought of that yourself, but maybe there's a lesson to be learned here. Don't give up on them, and good luck.

Learning things the hard way.
The Exquisite wrasse in Maracyn-Two is still alive this morning. I changed water and dosed again. We will see how things go and keep you updated.
Nothing good happens fast in this hobby.
Patience is a virtue - I think I need to have that tatooed in my brain!
