Help my choose the optimal tank size to match the 2 led lightning system I'm looking

Hi,

I would like to build with acrylic a perfect frag tank and 36 iches sump tank that gonna be independant from my display tank and I got some questions for you. I would like to size my frag tank on the led lightning optimal coverage that I'm planning to buy. Should grow mostly SPS coral. So first help me choose my lightning system. I think that later this small frag tank gonna become my coral qt tank so that's why I'm looking for a cheaper led lightning like the kessil a360we but this one could be controlled by my apex at least or maybe I could go with a high end system like the Profilux Mitras LX 6200-HV cause this system is used by my frag supplier so I could reduce stress to my new coral frag with this one but this one not controllable by the apex.

List of equipement I already have from a previous tank available for it:

-Rodi

-Apex controler with 2 control bar 8, breakout box, ph prob, temp probe, Orp probe and ATO float switch.

-Skimmer reef Octopus RO-PS-2000Int (Almost too big but that's what I got, plan to run it just at half the time and at night to cut some noise)

-Return pump Reef Octopus HY-5000W (Rated 5000 l./h (1320 gph)Maybe to big for such a small system. Comments are welcome.

-Acrylick Overflow box rated at: 700 gph (could add an other one to match my pump rating(1320 gph) or buy a smaller pump(What you think about that?))

-2 x phosban reactor 150 with 2x Maxi-Jet 1200. Previously used to run some Rowa-phos and some carbon. (is it really necessary on a clean frag tank with no fish or LR?)

-UV sterilizer: Coralife Turbo-Twist 18 watt (treats up to 250 gallon), with a small Maxi-Jet 400 to have a small flow rate to improve the efficiency of the UV

-2 heaters with no built-in controller but controlled by the apex.

- 4 x Hydor Koralia 1400 and 2 x Koralia 2. (possibly 2 x Koralia 1400 on alternance controlled by the apex might be enough for my small frag tank)

-Couples 7 inches filter socks(Do I need to add those?)

Equipement I plan to buy before I start the system:

-Led lightning system: kessil a360we or Profilux Mitras LX 6200-HV. Help me choose please between this 2 systems.

-Dr Tim Fishless Cycling bacteria: One & Only Live Nitrifying Bacteria for Saltwater Aquarium and some Ammonium Chloride Solution to feed the bacteria. Gonna have some sponge on the baffle of my sump and maybe some chunk of base rock under the sponge to host the bacteria. I don't think that I have to add my eheim HOB to start my sterile system but if you think that I should use the HOB also let me know. Don't want to have LR on my system.

-A small heater to preheat my small rodi reserve tank to ensure a perfectly constant temp.

-Some Coral dip: CoralRX Industrial.

Equipements to buy once the tank got some coral:

- 2 x BRS Drew's Doser Peristaltic Dosing Pump controlled by the apex to dose ALK and calcium and I'm planning to add Mg manually since it's gonna be a small system. Any other supplements you recommend for optimal growth on frag system?

-After a couple months of operation I plan to replace my Koralia 1400 pumps with 2 x VorTech Mp10 to have more control over it through my apex and also add the EcoTech Marine Battery Backup in case of power interruptions.

So I think I'm gonna have everythings for a perfect small frag tank. Anythings I'm missing?

Questions:
1- If I go with 1x Kessil A360we what size of square frag tank should I build? Maybe 20Wx20Lx18H or maybe 24x24? Plan to put egg crate to lift up the frag.

2- If I go with 1 x Profilux Mitras LX 6200-HV what size WxLxH do you recommend?

3- How much time should I let the light on?

4- Is it recommended to add a refugium with cheato to my sump for a frag tank? I don't think that I need pods anyway.

Any recommandation is welcome since it's gonna be my first frag tank.

Thanks.

I guess you have an other light source to supplement the Mitras for your 60 inches? The Mitras seems to be the best led system we could get. Any recommandation for the optimal size that I could build my frag tank to match the Mitras?

The Mitras cover 36x36. I plan to put acans and lower light corals near the edges of my tank I think it will work out well. The pic of this tank in this post I found is 36x34x24 if I remember right

Looks like a pretty good lightning system, might buy this one for my display tank one day. But I think that I'm gonna go with the Kessil A360we with a tank of 24Lx24Wx18H 40 gal. + a 20 gal. sump, the Kessil might be enough for my little frag tank. The kessil seems to have some shadowing issue on display tank but since I only plan to grow frag I might not get that issue with just one kessil. Now continuing to plan my setup and I think that I will add an auto water change system controlled by the apex with 2 BRS Top Off Doser – 50 mL per minute. So if I want to change 30% of 60 gal. per month this pumps should run 50 minutes per day. This little frag tank gonna be fully automated.
