HELP!!! my platinum, something's wrong

He has darker not as shiny spots on his body kind of grayish color and his left eye is kind of puffy looking. He also has moved out of his "home" torch and left his mate and just now was laying in a zoa garden not swimming around like normal.

Please help me help him
