Something wrong with Blue Tang?!

Hi, I have a 125 gallon tank that is about 3 months old. I have noticed my blue tang start swimming in weird sporadic patterns, she has even bumped into other fish and rocks swimming like this. She does not swim like it all the time but I have noticed it a enough times that I am wondering if something is wrong. Everyone else in our tank is healthy and normal. Should I be worried about my tang? Any suggestions on what this behavior could be? I added a link to the video of her swimming.

You think that’s weird!… my 5 (?) year old hippo, changed from blue to black, last week! Still happy and swimming
