Going to need some background information:
Was this a tank-bred fish?
How long have you had this fish?
Was this and other fishes quarantined before putting into the display tank?
Any symptoms: Fast breathing; strange swimming behavior; or ?
Was this fish eating and if so, eating what?

I can see the ragged fin. Was this fish being bullied by another fish?

I dont know

About a two months

No because i saw a youtube video that said not to quarantine

Fast breathing and some of the body and head was not as white as when we got it

It would try to eat but wouldent have the energy

I hope it comes out of it; sometimes clownfish do. But I'd strongly urge you to consider a quarantine tank for all future additions. It does not have to be fancy- just a 10 or 20 gallon with basic filtration, a heater and a circulation pump. It's truly heartbreaking to watch them suffer, sorry for that.
