Help my with this sick clam

Can somebody help me out with this procedure? I got the kent Tech D and I'm guessing I'll still use fresh water? The directions say 1 capful for each 1liter of water and to only dip for 6-7 minutes. What should I do for the clams, the same procedure?

use water from the same tank the clam was in ad yes use the same procedure.

I have had this clam for a week and a half and it has only gotten worse, i have tried everything and now i am going to do the FWD.
