Your parameters are fine and this coral does not care too much for light. I've seen this a thousand times and I have intentionally tried to kill this coral to no avail. By the way, I use the same Android app to track my tank. I see some comments regarding your parameters being out of whack, but they are fine, probably they are reading the range column to the left, instead of the actual numbers on the right.
You problem is simple, your tank is too clean. Which is a good thing. I keep this coral in my tank as a warning coral. If it is doing great and growing, you have a nutrient problem. If it is stuck and looks "sad" your tank is clean. If you absolutely love this coral and want it to grow, start target feeding it twice a week and you will see it grow and look beautiful, but please note that this will impact other areas of your tank.
You may get GHA or your SPS(if you have any) will start to get "Mad".
