Help Needed - Disease or Injury

I added this beautiful Christmas Wrasse to my tank a week ago. He has been very active and seemingly happy until today where I noticed some discolorations to one side. There may be a smaller discoleration on the other side but to a much smaller degree. He isn't eating today - not sure when the loss of appetite started.

I tested water today and everything is fine. Did a 10% water change as it was my weekly schedule.

My tank is fish only
55 gallon
Salinity 1.025
PH 8.0
Alk 9.0
Amonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 5 ppm

All other fish are fine. I have two small mated clownes, one tiny hippo tang, one small rabbit, one small royal gamma, and one small yellow tang introduced at the same time as the wrasse.

Im trying to attach pictures to help diagnose. I really like this fish and want to help him with whatever he needs...

Pics didn't go through. BTW, your tank is way over-stocked. When these fish grow up, I'd expect real problems. You have a fairly small tank and are stocking it with fish that need a lot more room. But, see if you can get the pics through, I haven't a clue otherwise.
