help needed now...

well, updated to 4.04 this morning. come home to a blank screen. no light no nothing... try to unplug... wont work
what cant i do? is there a button i cant push to reset? or am i screw?

well, i went and get another apex. stay up and reprogram everything.(long story the back up didnt work with the new base module.)
now i have time to figure this thing out...
