Help Needed with Frag Swap!

1st The Club will need a lot of help from our members for the Frag Swap to be Successful. 1st we need help Friday evening to help set up for the swap from about 6 pm to 9 pm. This involves setting up tables, taking down chairs and running extension cords.

2nd We also will need help after the swap to put everything back in order. If we put it all back the way we find it then our $200 reservation fee will be refunded, but this will take several folks from about 6pm till done most likely a couple of hours.

3rd We will need help during the swap to man the raffle sales table, entrance & membership table.

If you can help with any and/or all of them please let me know so we can make plans and schedule people to be where they need to be at the right time.

Norman, I should be able to help setup as long as I do not get held up at work. I also need to run by your place to pay you for the table this week. When would be a good time for that?
 
I can help with the swap/raffle tables. I do want the chance to pick up the things I have pre-bought and do a look see before settling down.
 
Norman, I'm not sure what my schedule looks like for pre/post setup, but please put me down for at least one shift on a table during the swap, and I'll gladly do two shifts, if needed.

I was wondering when this thread was going to pop up. :)

I can be there for setup and take down and can do a round of work at the tables as well. I don't really care when on the tables, just let me know when you need me. Almost all of my buying will be done pre-order, so I'm fine with working it early if no one else wants to. :)

Also, Norman, I got the stuff from Jack. I can bring it Friday, but it may be best for me to bring it to you before then just in case something happens at work and I can't make it on time on Friday. Just let me know.

I'll do the raffle ticket sales, entrance, and membership tables. I've been doing that every year anyway.... :)

Actually catching me at home between now and the swap will be by pure luck ...lol... out every night, and take a bus load of college kids from mtsu to florida this weekend, so just plan to pay me at the swap friday night.
 
I have everyone who has responded down and thank you very much for your help. We do NEED several more people to step up for the clean up saturday night after the swap.

Ok Norman, I already told everyone at work that I need to leave on time Friday, so I will be there for setup for sure. I will more than likely run home after the swap and come back to help cleanup. I live 10 minutes or so from the church.

I am planning on being at the swap and should be able to stay late pretty easily.

I will most likely be there Friday night as well, but that depends on a few things that are still up in the air.


Is there anything else that needs to be done in the time leading up to the swap. Don't have a ton of time, but I'll gladly help if there's something I can do to take a couple hours off of you guys doing the planning.

Hey Norman put me down for clean up after the swap and a shift at the raffle ticket sales, entrance, or membership tables.

Have a safe trip to Florida and bring back some warmmer weather.
