Help osmolator

My osmolator controller 5017 wont receive power. Ive procrastinated addressing the issue but I would like to get in contact with someone to discuss getting this fixed.

When I plug in the unit It does not receive power. it used to light up and I think it may have even beeped upon powering up. now I don't receive any of this, and it no longer functions. LFS suggested contacting and trying to get it replaced.

any help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How old is it? Most probable would be a power supply issue, ranging from corrosion, water damage or a defect. I would send it in, I would like to get the controller, pump and power supply as any of these could be the cause.

I got it around April. What is the preferred method of packing as I'm not sure I have the original box?

I can have it mailed out tomorrow

All I need is a note with return address and phone number, I would bag the pump so nothing gets wet in shipping. I generally would just use a priority mail flat rate box as it is the best mix of fast and cheap.
