Help! Phosphates and Nitrates OOC

I have a 125g DT, and a 100g sump. For the Phosphates I'm doing WC along with Ferric Oxide. But I'm still having issues with both. My LFS suggested using Cheato and some Mangroves, but I have no idea how to begin this process. Can anyone steer me in the right direction or post a link on how to set this up. Thanks in advance!

Just add the chaeto to the sump with a light cycle of about 16 hours on 8 hours off. Most people like to run the sump light while the DT light is off for balancing pH.

I'm not sure that mangroves consume as much as the chaeto though. You also need to have nitrates for the chaeto to be able to reduce the phosphates. It "consumes" them together.
