Hey def want to follow your thread, since I read the same... Have you read anything regarding lights that are uv? Is that needed to grow some macro? Ur thoughts on it?

My thoughts well I haven't read anything on needing uv. I don't think it's needed. I do know that the 6500k has a spike in the blue and red side and I think that's what it is used but I think the red blue will be even better. I was hoping to find someone running a regular plant indoor grow light and what the results were.
