HELP PLEASE... Drilling a tank...

Anyone has the gadgets to drill a tank? I have a 90 gallon that I wanted drilled and the glass companies in Jersey City wants $75 for it. Just way over my budget. If you can help please pm me.. thanks in advance.. I can bring the tank to your place...
