I am hoping you can help me identify what is on my tangs fins. He has 3 white dots on each fin. Please help me identify what it is to save him.

He is new to me and has been in my QT tank for a week and a half. He has had the white spots for about 3 days now.

That is lympho. Nothing to worry about there. Just a viral infection that will go away with good feedings and water quality.
