Looks like brown clove polyps, typically invasive, as you’ve found.
It seems the only cure is Panacur based on my research.

It looks like the main issue is it kills most if not all soft corals and possibly cleaner crew.
If possible, I’d try to take the rocks out to treat in an isolation tank. Once treated run carbon for a week or so and then perhaps the rock should be good. Reviews seem mixed on the effect on the zoas themselves so it’s definitely a risk.
