Help Please!

so i got two clownfish in not to long ago maybe a little over a week they were both eating great then all of a sudden yesterday i found them on the floor breathing really fast and hard...will not eat neither ive never seen something like this its a first timer can anybody help me out theres no slime so cant be brook...

One fish is nibbeling but the male is real skinny just lays in the corner very weak

Have either of them been scratching or shaking their head? How long has your tank been set up and what are your water parameters?

They arent in my show tank i quarantine every fish before they go in right now the female eats a little and male im pretty sure is going to die
