Help Please

It's hard to tell with the lights, but is that green hair algae? If so, too much nutrients and light in the system is a start.
 
Nope. It's runaway xenia. You can try taking the rocks out and scrubbing them but if you aren't in a rush you'd be better off getting some fish that are known for eating soft corals. Takes longer but more effective... unless you have other softies in your tank.

I physically ripped most of mine out by pulling on the top of the base with fragging tweezers while carefully prying under it's base with some flat headed fragging tools. A few small bits of it tore off and remained behind, but the vast majority pulled off intact and was completely removed. In some places, I pulled more than a foot+ of it up without a single tear.

I plan to nuke the few remnants that started to regrow with either kalk paste or lime juice. That should finish them off since they are literally only about 1/8 of an inch across.
