Can anyone tell me what is growing on my live rock just wanting to know If it's good or bad

If it's developed fairly fast and light shines through it, it's an algae...and not one that rabbit wants to eat, which is odd. But if opaque, I'm puzzled.

In some images I searched it looks like rhodophyta that is a type of red algae. How deep in the tank is the growth? Lower would be better growth for that type of algae. That is my best guess and "best" can be interpreted.

Assuming you're talking about the red petal-like structures, it looks like lobophora to me.
It's not the worst thing you can have, but if it takes over it can get in the way of coral, or shade it. Since it's fairly slow growing, a lot of people have good results from just pulling it off and after a while it gives up.
