My box with the red knob to control flow burnt up and melted. How do i go about getting a replacement? It is a 6155 tunze

The black box where the red dial is to adjust speed on the older model tunzes also where the round plug from the power supply goes in

Usually this would be because it got wet, but it is also possible from a large power fluctuation as there is a capacitor in the box that serves to cushion the voltage fluctuations and it can fail if a severe spike occurs. I charge $25 to unsolder the old box and solder in a new one. If you are in the US if you send it in with return address and phone number I will get it repaired. There are cases where it cannot be repaired for example if the cable is damaged closer to the pump and this was the source of water entry.
