Help !!!! Pulling all my fish

Every time I add a fish it looks great for 5-6 days t
And then I get this
It only bothers the new fish I add
The other fish that have been in the tank are fine
I am thinking of pulling every fish and start a qt process
What do you think

That's crazy it looks like a combination of brook ich velvet flukes and lymphocyst all mixed together. Is this picture under blue lights? If so post one under white lights. Honestly I don't know what to tell you to treat for because it's so crazy. Let's try this is the fish breathing heavy, scratching , flashing , swimming into the currant? You say every fish you add looks this way does this mean after a bit this clears up on its own?

All the above
And no the new fish die in a couple days
I am going to set up a qt system this weekend
And be done with it
How long do I leave the display tank empty with no fish ????

A lot of what we are seeing is likely mucous, which makes it hard to tell what is going on. What do the first symptoms look like?

I'm thinking you have a severe case of ick and possibly flukes here's what I would do I would catch the fish do a fw dip and check for flukes if they are there start ramping up copper levels and add prazipro. If there are no signs of flukes I would treat with cu for 30 days and transfer the fish to a sterile qt on day 31. The DT will have to remain fallow for 76 days. Leave all inverts in the DT.

Every fish I add dies in a couple days
I am pulling all the fish this weekend and starting a full qt process on every fish that comes into my house

[emoji106] doing a proper quantity helps alleviate future headaches. As my fish collection gets more expensive I do more quarantine to make sure I don't get a tank wipe.
