Ok so I have had my Fowlr for 4 months or so and I originially put to false perc in there at first. Realizing i want a predator tank I made the decision to set up my 20 gallon high tank for just the two clowns. My question/ interests are more with the anemone clown hosting. if someone could help me with a link or answers to some of these question I would like to use this cycling time to research.

Tank:
20 Gallon High
25 Pounds of Live Rock
12Pounds of live sand

First off:
What anemone would be a good beginer choice but false percula will still host?

How do I figure out what kind of lighting it needs?

any special care in Anemones that I should read up on?

How much Flow would I need?

Anyother things I Should know or read?

I would go with a BTA and some T5 lighting. Moderate flow from a well protected powerhead. (so the nem doesn't get caught in it.) The Perc may or may not be hosted that's kind of up to it :)

by well protects how do you mean I plan on putting in nano koralias and how would i protect those?

This may help you.

Just FYI, a bta is the perfect choice for a first anemone. I have a perc hosting one. As stated yours may or may not host it as it is not it's natural host anemone. All of perculas' natural host anemones are very difficult to keep and are not recomended for anemone beginers. What kind of lighting, bta do require adequately bright light. Here is some good info on bta's requirements should you choose to go with one.
