HELP Quickly with squammy clam

i have a grown golden dwarf eel im my tank now. i wanted to get a squamosa clam in my tank. do you think the golden dwarf eel will get caught in the clam or would it realize not to go inbetween it?

I know somebody with a golden dwarf eel and a crocea clam in the same tank. He hasnt had any problems.
