Help, red bumps on clowns face.

Yesterday morning when I woke up one of my clowns had red bumps on his chin. Upon coming home from work last night they had slightly worsened. This morning they are (very) slightly less red. All these pictures are from last night, and it's hard to get a good picture with a phone. He/she is still eating, but definitely acting a little sluggish. Breathing is slightly to moderately elevated. Can anyone ID this/tell me what to do/how to treat? Or should I just let it be? I'm gearing up for a water change today, unless someone advises against it.
The night before I noticed it, the urchin was in their anemone at lights out, so maybe he/she bumped into it in the dark? Also there's one or two of the almost microscopic variety of hydroids on the anemone, so could that play a part in it? Just spitballing ideas here.

Also, sometimes he/she will just lay in the anemone. Not swimming at all, completely resting on the fake nem. I have yet to see my other clown do this. Is it normal?

Is this really a possibility? They've been in there for a month and this just happened to one, not the other. CaveReef's answer makes it seem like it could be a possibility, but Dkuhlmann's makes it seem like it's just a joke.

In the absence of answers I dumped pimafix and melafix in there yesterday and again today as I already had it on hand. It seems to be receding, but I'm not sure if that's from the meds or just time.
This is my first SW tank so I have no experience or knowledge of keeping corals, let alone anemones (yes I know a nem is not a coral) so that's why I don't have one. What does keeping an anemone entail and what's a good "beginner" nem that will actually host my clowns? I was planning on getting one (far) in the future since I'm new to this, but if you guys are being serious then I guess I'll have to take the plunge now and hope it doesn't die.
I just have a hard time believing that's what's causing it.

Your treatment and time should fix be enough. What I think happened here is that that clown is protecting it's nem from the urchin and got stuck a few times in the process.

A bubble tip anemone is the easiest to keep and are very hardy as long as you get a healthy one from the start. Read all the back posts here in this section and you will learn a lot about them. Anything that has bta in it read it. Then if you have any questions just ask and we will be more than willing to help.

I was definitely thinking a bta was the way to go. I will definitely use the search and read everything in them I can find. I'll bet it'll be somewhere here, but in case I can't find it, do you know what params are needed to keep one?

The parameters are in my signature. They are the same as most all saltwater tropical fish

I currently have 4, you need to be aware that they like to split and before you know it one will become 3 and so on

My tomato clown will lay completely flat in het BTA. She will also sit motionless underneath the BTA with the tentacles over top of her, her body resting on the rock below. It's normal behavior I believe.

And thanks for the heads up. My "L"FS is an hour an a half away but I'm sure if they won't take the clones there's someone else in that city that will. I'm part of that towns frag swap/sell on facebook.

Inside an anemone this is completely normal. Sometimes they just feel lazy. Though if it happens a lot they may just be too bored. In that case I would try adding a fish that gives them a little excitement.

At 4 fish in a 29g (who all get to about 3") I think I'm at max, but duly noted!
