Help rics not doing good.

So i recently bought some rics about a month ago. I am not sure what specific type though. But they were doing fine till about a week and a half ago. They started not opening up as much and now they look closede up as an anemone would. Are rics rele sensitive to water params. All mine are fine but my nitrate may be a lil high because im a week behind on water changes. My temp does go between 80.0 day, 76 at night. All my other corals are fine and healthy. Any ideas????? Your temp swings probably the issue at hand..do you have the tank insolated? Heater in the top and in the sump? Might help ya out..I have gone a month without water changes and my rics have done fine...
