Is it toxic? What should we do? Do we need to remove all the fish and do a complete water change? How bad is this stuff? It has really turned the water purple!
HELP!!! Sea Hare spewed all over my brothers tank.

I have read that you should do a large water change, but I have never had one so I am not sure whether to remove the other fish or how toxic it is. I would definately run some fresh carbon too. And maybe some chemipure or purigen. I wish I could help you more, I feel for you. Good luck.

It's not toxic. Just do a WC and skim it out. Carbon wouldn't hurt either. Basically all you need to do is dilute the ink enough that it doesn't coat anything's gills and suffocate it.

Well thanks 2 u both! We did a partial water change, ran carbon, and the skimmer went crazy! All is well, and none of the inhabitants were worse for the wear......
