First, here is my equipment;
Main tank
240gal reef located on main level. Aqualight pro MH/PC/Moon LED fixture, Tunze Stream 6100's & Multi Controler.
Sump/filter in basement
90Gal sump, MAK4 return pump, Bullet2/MAK4 skimmer, RODI c/w auto top-off in sump AND salt water mixing tank. Level switch in sump controling return pump and skimmer (de-energizes pumps if water level decreases to prevent cavitation) UV Sterilizer and Chem Reactor. I am also using PinPoint Temp and Salinity monitors.
What I am looking for;
Basically a controler that will monitor the operational condition of the system and warn me of any potential upset condition - I explain later, light timer, control additional power heads not connected to the Tunze system.
To clarify what I mean by monitoring system operational condition is I would like to somehow log into the system from the NET and see that everything is running OK. The type of warnings I would like monitor would be;
1. Water levels eg. high sump level, low sump level.
2. Temp levels for water as well as temp sensors for each pump motor housing.
3. Pump status - running or not running
4. Flood Alert - water sensors
Aslo during an upset condition like a flood or pump failure I would like to receive an Email notifying me of this - piece of mind while at work or out of town.
Any Idea kind of package I would best be suited - I guess I would need to get the software as well?
