Help! Shaft stuck!!!

I was going to clean my tunze TS7 yesterday whilst doing a waterchange, I turned the pump off & then put it in the bucket of white vingear which I normally do & run it for an hour before stripping it down for the full clean, but when I turned the power back on it alarmed....

SO I thought no worries I'll just strip it down straight away, but I can't get the shaft out! it seems to have welded itself in, I left the whole unit soaking in vingear lastnight thinking it would free it, but its still stuck fast, what can I do please???

It will have to be sent to a repair shop for remova. If it is minor you could try carefully bracing the pump under the front of your feet with your heels on the ground supporting most of your weight- I cannot emphasize enough that you have to be careful, I set the pump on a towel and do this barefoot so I can feel what I am doing. Then pull up very firmly and evenly on the prop, no jerking or crooked pulling or you could break the shaft and make the problem worse.
