Help sick clown

So my clown has been showing some odd lesions(actually looks like it has something hanging off it) that just started maybe 3 days ago. First I thought he had injured himself on the rock but it seems to be getting worse. I then thought it may be ich but it looks kinda odd to be ich. Possibly flukes? He is acting completely normal and is still very aggressive at feeding time.

Here are a few pics I could get:

Where exactly are these "lesions"? Is that what I'm seeing by the face, or is that just part of his coloration/markings?

Yes sorry around the face and gills. At least from what I can see.

I want to say it could be Lymphocystis (a harmless virus), but that usually starts on the fins & spines.

Is this a new clownfish or have you had him a while? Brooklynella is always a possibility with new clownfish, and I think it would be worth your time to Google/search for that on here. If it's Brook, you should see what will look like a mucous excretion on the skin. Almost like the skin is peeling/sloughing off.

He is new and I did look at brook and that may be it but he doesn't really have the mucus or discoloring. Going to try and separate him tomorrow may do a freshwater dip as well.
