Help: Sick Royal Gramma

I am a new to reefing (8 weeks) though the tank that I acquired has been established for 'teen years. The Gramma has been in the tank for a few (??) years. She has always been timid and hiding, away from one clown and one cleaner shrimp. Now I got several more fish and Gramma does not eat, and looks famished. I am afraid that it might be dying.
Could it be that it is just too shy to eat? -I'd feed it with a turkey baster if it were to come out from its hiding spot.
I feed all with PhytoChrom, frozen mysis shrimp and frozen spirulia brine shrimp.

Water: 76F, 1.0240, Am 0, Ni 0, Ni 0, Ph .05, Ca 380, pH 7.9, Alk 7.0
Tank: 50 g hex, overflow, sock filter, 8 gal sump, 2 pumps, 3 in-tank circulators, 5 UH fluorescent, chiller 650, heater, no skimmer (yet), established for over 15 years!!
Fish: 2 Clown, 1 Mandarin Goby, 1 Royal Gamma, 1 Cleaner Shrimp, 1 Fire Shrimp, 1 Arrow Crab, 1 Corral Banded Shrimp
Reef: 50 lb. Sand, 70 lb. Rock, Frog Spawn, Button Polyps, Mushrooms, Kenya Trees, Feather Star, and recently, several aiptasias. . . :-(.

My royal gramma got so upset when our goby died and we got another fish. I actually took him out for a couple days and put him in a qt tank( kind of a pain to catch mind you). PH seems a bit off to me, and my temperate is higher but otherwise that looks good. Do you soak your frozen foods in garlic? I started doing it recently and my gramma has never looked better. Been so active and had such a voracious appetite. Best luck

Your water parameters are off: bring them to what I have in my sig line and that may help. Also bring temp to about 79. And double check your refractometer calibration: your lfs may help you with this.
