can you guys give me some ideas for fish in my 180? here is my current list

4''clown trigger
4''purple tang
5''dogface puffer x 2
3''lunare wrasse
2''fire clown

give me some ideas

don't vlamgingi's grow freakishly large..and fast ? Surprised you dont' want an angel.

Coris wrasse = good idea .. wonder how the lunare wrasse will react though .. aim for 5"+

I would definitley stay away from the clown trigger. As it ages, it is going to become very aggressive and likely kill some if not all of the other tankmates.

i cant get rid of the clown trigger i had him since it was TINY and it was the reason for the bigger tank. i want to see him change some more. my good friend josh has a vlamingi in his 180 and its beautiful. ill probably do 2 or 3 more fish and thats it. thanks guys and more suggestions are welcome

I wouldn't put 2 of these in the same tank. Just the adult size alone wouldn't fit a 180.

I'd add a few pretty damsels for spikes of blue and yellow. They also eat the tidbits left behind from the trigger. Like a cleaning crew for triggers!

I also would suggest an angel or 2 and skip the puffers...unless you really like puffers. They just eat a ton and mess a ton.

yeah the puffers are already in the tank and one is a golden puffer i got from a good friend who had it in his sump
