Finally filling my first acrylic tank (36x18x20) and noticed what I would consider a considerable bowing across the front. Looks to be 1/4" acrylic, eurobraced. Is this normal with acrylic? I panicked and drained about half the water and the bow went away.
Some is pretty normal. On my cube that I built with 1/4" acrylic I suspect it bows about 1/4". On my old 370 with 3/4" acrylic, it bowed a little over 1/2" if I recall, maybe a little more.
