hello

I got water in my first salty about a month ago and this last week there have been a huge uprise in growing stuf (mostly red coralines and macros:) ) But there are a couple of things that I dont have a clue what can be..

One is a compilation of red bubles, looking almost as some red alge on steroids

the other is a compilation of hvite semitransparent "needles" in a smal cage, they seem to move a litle bit, but generaly looks prety rigid

Anyone knows what this can be?

I think the second picture is Nemastoma sp. it is terible for growing on the intake of powerheads and skimmer intake to a degree were it almost stops the flow, it also seems very stubbon when it comes to removing it from plastic, but can usually just be picked of the rock. I'm not totally positive I have the name correct but I have definatly had experience with this stuff. Not to sure what your other pic is sorry. could be as simple as sponges, you may need to get a crisper picture.
