Hi all,

I'm having a hard time identifying one of my acropora. Please take a look:

I believe it is either a Acropora Tortuosa or a Acropora millepora pink

Can someone help me?

Red planet.

Thank you!

All right, you asked for it :D

At around second 5 of my reef video update I have a Montipora. I was under the impression this was a Digitata Green however it is growing sideways and not upwards. Can you help?

Doesn't look like plana. I always thought red planet was a hyanthicus, either way one of those two IDs is as close as you can get with such a small frag. Unless it was bought as red planet it's not a red planet.

A lot of people mistake RP as a Millie, hyacinthus, etc.
But real red planet is indeed anthoceris

Where did you find this? I was only able to find gbd saying it looks to be an anthoceris, cant find anything from ORA saying it is anthoceris.

GBD?

ORA isn't always right on their coral names.

RP's radiulars are way different than hyachintus, growth is typically different too, only coral that I have trouble differentiate from A. hyachintus is A.cyntherea.
