My torch that wasn't doing so good is now covered in brown goo. with some hairlike strings floating up from it. You can see the goo is down in the skeleton and the tentacles are shrunk into the skeleton. What is it, what do I do?

Do a search about brown jelly....?
Thank you i could not think of the name of it for the life of me.

Thanks guys. I just bought him like monday. I went to the LFS today thinking (before the jelly showed itself) that it needed supplements. LFS tested water. CA 480ppm no amonia, nitrites 0, nitrate like 30ppm, EVERYTHING GOOD. He wasn't growing well so the LFS sold him to me half price. I called him back after I posted and he is gonna give me credit. I got it out of the tank, so it wouldn't mess up anything else...Smelled like DEAD FISH. Could the jelly have been there when I bought it (tentacles were extended good and no sign of jelly) and just took over once I got it home?
