Help, Wellso Brain trouble!

My Wellso was doing awesome. I was feeding it silversides a few times a week and it was inflating to its max size. The past three days it has looked horrible when the 10K lights are on. It won't inflate at all.
It inflates a little under the actinics and looks normal with the lights off. All of my other LPS looks fine and my water parameters are fine. What could be going on with it?

Did you recently change the 10k bulbs? Have you noticed anything picking on it or anything like that?

The only thing I have seen "pick" at it was my Lemonpeel Angel and it doesn't look like he is doing it a lot, just when he passes by sometimes. The bulbs were replaced in December. I added 2 small red reef crabs a few weeks ago but haven't seen them bother the coral.

I do plan on replacing my 10K with an 18K bulb for more blue in my tank.

I moved it from the sand bed to a piece of live rock and it is doing much better. Could there be something in the sand that was bothering it? It was doing fine where it was for a few weeks.
