Help!! What are these things?

I've noticed these little white blobs that have started appearing ever since I've moved. In the moving process I lost the chaeto and therefore haven't been running reverse light or any light on the sump for that matter for the past month. They are only in the sump, however in every section of it, even past the foam pad.

pineapple sponges for sure, they are good guys, filter feeders

I have something similar to those in my tank lately. To me they looked like little snails. I will post some pics to verify with you guys.

After looking at them in pretty certain they are sponges, so they aren't nuisance? Weird they got past my foam sponge... Where do they even come from in the first place? Will they clog my skimmer or pumps?

They can but it's not likely to happen all the time though I would leave them be unless you want a clean clean sump
