Help! What can do this to a flasher wrasse?!

This fish is from Friday.

In TTM with Naso and Midas blenny. All was well this morning before work and i come home to this!!! All her fins are tattered and torn. Breathing slowly. No one seems to bother her and water is brand new from yesterday.

Any ideas?!

I would suspect the Midas Blenny. They can be unruly and nip fins, especially in small tanks.

I saw red spots in her mid section. Not sure what those hemorrhages can mean. It was fine in the LFS for about 1.5 weeks, fine from Friday to this morning. :/
