The small white spot on one side and few small spots on another side has grown into a large gaping hole infection? What is this?. He is having a hard time breathing and swimming now. It seems to have spread from one side to the other almost as if it is eating right through his body. I don't think he is going to make it through the night but I would at least like to know what is killing/killed him. Please help with any treatment options, similar experiences, ideas as to what this is or links. Thank you.

My "best guess" would be an aggressive infection of some sort. I would treat with antibiotics (i.e. Furan-2) ASAP. But it might already be too late.
