HELP! What is on my Tang?

I came home to find this white stuff running from my Yellow Tang's mouth to it's sides. It almost looks like he swam through a spider web and it's all bunched up around his mouth and trails to his sides. It didn't have anything on it last night. I haven't added any new fish to the tank but I did add two new corals to it a week ago. He is eating, acting, and swimming fine. Any advice/thoughts?
