HELP what should I do?

Please look at these pictures and tell me what is going on with my clown. It's noy Brooklynella because he has been in my tank for one month but it looks like it was a wound that has been spreading towards his fins. He is now swimming towards the top of my tank , for oxygen sooo please help identify his illness. WB ASAP.
SHould I flsh him before he effects Neo? My other clown?

Poor guy. Yes get him out of there and treat him with some antibiotics. Its definetly infected and will likely kill him if not treated.

What kind? Like Proxipr0?

I use melafix with good results on these kind of things.
Something with a broad spectrum antibiotic. I am not sure what you guys get there and if it is different from what we get here
