Help! White spot on Royal Gramma's face

My Royal Gramma has developed a white spot on his face. It looks like a circle and is fairly large. My question is do you think it's ice or something else? He's been in the tank approximately 3 weeks and just developed this.
Tank: Biocube 32
Stock: Royal Gramma, 2 clowns, 6 line wrasse, yellow wrasse, fire shrimp, cleaned shrimp, Several corals (torch, hammer, frog spawn, acan, Duncan, couple of playing corals on rock
Reef's was established about 10months ago

One more thing, he's eating fine and otherwise is pretty healthy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Water Perimeters: Salinity 1.025, Phosphate .03, Nitrate 0, Calcium 450, Mag 1560, PH 7.84

That definitely does not look like ich. Ich is a sprinkling. Sort of like a grain of salt. Maybe HLLE but not 100%. Hopefully a more experienced reefer can help.
