Help white spots all over my clown

I just checked on my fish and noticed white spots all over my clown. What is the best way to treat? Can I do a fresh water dip?

there are many things you can do, either QT it and use medication, or hyposalinity...etc...search on " ICH treatment" you'll find alot.

fresh water is not going to help much, and it's kinda risky.

FW dip won't work if it is ich. If it is velvet then only if they have been attached for more than 24 hours, but that is still only a temporary measure and may stress the fish out. Is it in a QT tank or your main system. If it is in your main system then you need to remove all fish and treat in QT and leave main tank fishless for 4-6 weeks. Personally I like to use Cupramine.
