Help with 120 gal. tank please

Hi all.
I have a 120 gal. 4X2X2 glass tank. It is not drilled but I do have an external overflow box with a aqua lifter pump. This tank has no center brace so theres no shadow.

There is a guy that wants to straight out swap me for a drilled tank with center brace.

My question is:
Should I get the drilled tank?

It has a corner overflow box with 2 holes and a third hole on the other side of the tank.

Would it be hard to get this running right?

Would it really be better?

that would be a great tank i would fill it to make sure its leak tight why would anyone want to trade an undrilled tank and a drilled tank

He does not use drilled systems in his cichlid fish room.

I know the guy and he is honest but he just got the tank too so he wants to swap, but we have never filled it up.
