HELP with a swiftia exserta (Red polyp octocoral

I bought this red polip non photo gorgonian swiftia exserta it was dfoing fine until one day (3 days ago) closes its polips and never open.
Its not looking dead as far as algae growing on its surface or any signs it getting deteriorated, its just bright orange but the polips are closed I have checked during the night just in case and it remains closed what could it be.
Needless to say al water parameters are fine including magnesium phosphates PH alkalinity calcium etc.
 
Swiftia doesnt like 'water changes' if u do more than 15% water change she will close her polyps for couple days.

Also she likes medium - strong water flow.

Try to rub her, but very very gently, she sould 'drop' her old skin, and after 1-2 days she should recover and open polyps.
