Help with AC3 Firmware Upgrade Error

Attempting to update firmware. Get the following message when update starts:
Error at socket():10060

Any assistance would be appreciated

That error can be caused by firewall/Internet security software on the computer. Try to disable any such software and try again. Or, reboot in Windows' Safe Mode With Networking then retry.

Thanks. Same error message appears with the firewall disabled. My IT guy is asking if this is being sent over a specific port or via HTTP?

It uses a combination of telnet and tftp.
