Help with Acro

I have a sps coral that seems to be dying off on me... I was gone for a week and came back to this. The rest of my corals look fine any ideas what could have caused this?

I checked my parameters and found my salinity was a little high at 36... My alk is at 8.12 and is on a reactor so should have been stable. Last I checked my alk was at 9 but that was a month ago so I would have thought that is fairly stable.

Thanks for including an image.

Need more information though:

All parameters done recently
Age of tank
Lighting

How long have you had that piece? It that transport damage?

The parameters I included are really all I ever test since adding the calcium reactor. I run a turfscrubber and a skimmer so phosphates are low.

Tank is 6 months old

Light is led/t5 mix... leds are turned down pretty low because I didnt want to bleach anything.

I have had this piece for a little over a month and it looked great until I came back from my trip.

Thanks!
