Alveopora help
I have an alveopora (I think) I'll post a picture of it tomorrow.
I'm not sure if its happy or not because it doesn't fully extend all the way.
Sometimes it extends pretty long but at times its almost closed up.

I've tried feeding it from cyclopeeze to reefroids, but I don't see a reaction.
I have it placed in the middle of the tank.

Params
1.026 salinity
10.5 dKH
430 calcium
1300 mag

The thing I'm worried about is my nitrates are high at 20 ppm, but its slowly dropping. Its high because this was an old tank that just got revived.

This is how it is 50% of the time.

I think I've had it about a month or 2 now, the area does have pretty high flow.
My powder blue did pick at it before but not recently.
All my other corals are fine, but they're soft corals so that doesn't prove anything.

They can be tough to keep and some/most can't seem to make it more than a year or so..
I've "heard" dosing some iodine can help as well as target feeding it small particle foods.

The nitrate levels can't be helping either..

I didn't get to choose what to stock it with, but I'm the one who has to care for the tank. I'll do my best and tell you how it goes..
