I am pretty certain, not 100%, that is a Goniapora species. Hard to tell which species with out examining the skeleton. Your picture where very helpful tho. If the polyps were out completely it would have been hard to tell. http://coral.aims.gov.au/factsheet.jsp?speciesCode=0208
For a suggestion on care, give them good water flow and indirect lighting. Gonipora relies a lot on planktonic bacterial feeding also. So they tend to do better in established reef.
